Americana Music Academy offers three different methods of learning, providing you with a comfortable learning atmosphere no matter your preference. Be sure to register quickly to ensure a slot in one of our classes!

Registration Form

Groups Classes
$130 for four-week sessions. Members save $5.

At the Americana Music Academy, students learn in a relaxed group atmosphere. All classes meet once a week with about 5-10 students. Lessons are 90 minutes in length. If you are a beginning student, group classes offer the freedom of trying a new instrument in a low-pressure environment. If you are an intermediate or advanced student, group classes provide the opportunity of playing with and learning from your fellow students. As you become better on your instrument, you can continue in progressive levels of classes, join an ensemble class, try a new instrument, or seek private instruction. If we don’t have a class for you to take next, suggest one – many of our classes have come from students’ ideas.

Private Lessons
$75 monthly. Members save $5.

Private lessons at the Americana Music Academy are a great opportunity to get the personal attention that is so beneficial to musical growth. Lessons are 30 minutes in length. Our teachers will work with you to develop a program that helps you in achieving your musical goals. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced musician looking to take your playing to the next level, private lessons offer the unique experience of working individually with our exceptional faculty. Whatever your style or ability, chances are you’ll find a teacher who is a perfect match.

Workshops
Prices and times vary per workshop.

Workshops are a great way to get a taste of music in just a day or two. Try something for the first time or add to your talents.

Payments and Refunds
Full Refund
If you cancel during week one, you will receive full refund or credit.

Partial Credit
If you cancel beyond week one, you will receive a partial credit on your student account, not a refund. AFTER THE SECOND WEEK of classes or lessons, no credits will be given. We cannot issue refunds once each session begins.

Payment
Payment for lessons is due on the first scheduled lesson day of each month. Extenuating circumstances to the contrary will be considered but not necessarily approved.

As a student of the Americana Music Academy, you are reserving your instructor’s time—that time is bought and paid for in advance. Arrangements for make-up lessons can be made, but are at the sole discretion and availability of your instructor. You must contact your instructor 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson for any consideration to be made. If you do not attend your scheduled lesson and do not notify your instructor within 24 hours prior to the lesson, that time is forfeited. Under these guidelines, every effort will be made to work around unforeseen schedule conflicts.
